Battery &
starting help
A no-start is a poor time to guess whether the issue is the battery, starter, charging system, or something else. Share what happens when you turn the key and where the vehicle is parked.
What are you noticing?
Describe the symptom
You do not need to name the failed part. Tell us what the vehicle is doing, when it started, and where it is parked.
- No click when I turn the key
- It clicks but will not start
- It starts with a jump, then dies again
- The battery light is on
- It has been sitting and will not start
- Starting is intermittent
A symptom is enough to start the conversation. We will first discuss whether the vehicle and location fit a mobile visit.

Battery & Starting questions
Do I bring the vehicle to you?
No. We work at the vehicle's location when the job fits a mobile visit. Tell us where it is parked and what it is doing; if it needs a shop, we will say so before the visit.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in the San Antonio area and work from a mobile service model. The exact radius and towns still need confirmation, so include the vehicle's location in your request and ask if it is in range.
What kind of work do you do?
Our focus is vehicle air conditioning and mobile mechanic work. Common request categories include no-starts, batteries, brakes, diagnostics, electrical problems, and overheating. Describe the symptom and we will talk through whether it fits a mobile visit.
How do I request service?
Use the Request service button, the chat widget, or call (210) 364-7843. Share the year, make, model, location, and symptom if you have them, but you can start with a simple description.
Won't start?
Start with the symptom
Use the request form or widget with the vehicle, location, and what happens when you try to start it.
