Vehicle diagnostics
Warning lights
and drivability
A warning light is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Tell us what the vehicle is doing, which lights are on, and where it is parked so we can discuss the next step.
Before we diagnose it
Diagnostic fee
Ask us about the $150 diagnostic fee when you describe the vehicle and symptom.

A look at the work
These photos show the kind of work visible in our public gallery. Tell us what the vehicle is doing and we will talk through the next step.

What are you noticing?
Describe the symptom
You do not need to name the failed part. Tell us what the vehicle is doing, when it started, and where it is parked.
- Check-engine light is on
- Rough idle or hesitation
- Vehicle stalls or loses power
- Poor acceleration or unusual response
- Several warning lights appeared together
- A problem comes and goes
Describe the symptom in your own words. You do not need to know the failed part before reaching out.

Diagnostics questions
What kind of work do you do?
Our focus is vehicle air conditioning and mobile mechanic work. Common request categories include no-starts, batteries, brakes, diagnostics, electrical problems, and overheating. Describe the symptom and we will talk through whether it fits a mobile visit.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in the San Antonio area and work from a mobile service model. The exact radius and towns still need confirmation, so include the vehicle's location in your request and ask if it is in range.
Do I bring the vehicle to you?
No. We work at the vehicle's location when the job fits a mobile visit. Tell us where it is parked and what it is doing; if it needs a shop, we will say so before the visit.
How do I request service?
Use the Request service button, the chat widget, or call (210) 364-7843. Share the year, make, model, location, and symptom if you have them, but you can start with a simple description.
