Electrical & charging

Electrical
and charging issues

Charging and electrical faults are easier to narrow down when we know exactly what the vehicle is doing. Share the warning lights, sounds, and symptoms before choosing a part.

What are you noticing?

Describe the symptom

You do not need to name the failed part. Tell us what the vehicle is doing, when it started, and where it is parked.

  • Battery keeps going flat
  • Battery or charging warning light is on
  • Lights flicker or dim
  • Electrical features stopped working
  • Starter clicks or turns slowly
  • The problem is intermittent

Tell us what you have already tried, including a jump-start or battery replacement, so we can begin with the right context.

Before you request service

Electrical & Charging questions

What kind of work do you do?

Our focus is vehicle air conditioning and mobile mechanic work. Common request categories include no-starts, batteries, brakes, diagnostics, electrical problems, and overheating. Describe the symptom and we will talk through whether it fits a mobile visit.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in the San Antonio area and work from a mobile service model. The exact radius and towns still need confirmation, so include the vehicle's location in your request and ask if it is in range.

Do I bring the vehicle to you?

No. We work at the vehicle's location when the job fits a mobile visit. Tell us where it is parked and what it is doing; if it needs a shop, we will say so before the visit.

How do I request service?

Use the Request service button, the chat widget, or call (210) 364-7843. Share the year, make, model, location, and symptom if you have them, but you can start with a simple description.
